Joe Cortez is a native Floridian, proudly born and raised in Palm Beach County. He believes the best part of his job is helping first time home buyers as well as experienced buyers navigate the mortgage process. He genuinely enjoys finding solutions to issues each client may face, and ultimately getting the best loan product to meet their individual needs.

Joe has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. His knowledge and experience help provide each client the great experience they deserve. Tim Obradovich

I have been a resident of Palm Beach County since August of 1985. I have been continuously employed in the field of Income Tax Preparation and Accounting since 1987. I have been Enrolled to Practice before the Internal Revenue Service since August 1990. Since June of 1991, I have held the designation of Accredited Tax Advisor through the Accreditation Council for Accountancy & Taxation, Inc. In August of 1997, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University. In 1998 I became a licensed mortgage broker/ loan officer and continue to provide financing options and opportunities to my various clients.

Who is Lori Rosenbauer and who is Prosperity Home Finance?

Eva Richter

Eva is the newest member of Prosperity Home Finance, but not new to the business. She chose to work with the group because we all have the same motives, to serve our clients with honesty and the best interest of the client. She has known Joe, Lori, and Tanya for many years, and she did work with them before. She said she felt like coming home. We all like a happy family. She is also experienced in both residential and commercial mortgages.
